What is the different between DVD and Blue Ray Disc? can we write a DVD with Blue-Ray Format?

Blue-Ray and DVD Disc are same in size, but difference in capacity and quality. First copy the data to hard disc then you can write to DVD, To copy Blue-Ray Data you must have Blue-Ray Drive in your system.
